Terms of the auction: Buyers will be required to enter into a Real Estate Purchase Contract and deposit the specified amount of Earnest Money, per tract, the day of the auction with balance due at closing.<br>

Contract price will include the final bid price plus a 4% buyer's premium.<br>

Real Estate Taxes: Buyers will be given credit for the prorated taxes due and payable in the calendar year of the auction. All subsequent taxes are the responsibility of the buyers.<br>
